Issue/Introduction

  • Status of catalog shows 'Failed to create'
  • Unable to delete a catalog in VCD UI and loading  catalog results in below error :

 

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

This issue is because of corrupted catalogs hence resulting in  catalog status error  in VCD database 

Resolution

This requires database modification. Please log a VMware by Broadcom Technical Support case to involve support for Database modification
