Cost plans submitted for approval show the submitted budget data.
If you copy and adjust an existing cost plan, it will also show the budget.
But if you create a new cost plan from scratch (either manually or via your process) it will not have the reference to the approved budget and therefore does not show budget data
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a cost plan and submit it for approval.
2. Approve the submitted budget plan
3. The cost plan shows forecast and budgeted data
4. You create a new POR cost plan, but do not submit it.
Expected Results: The Cost Plan (POR) to show budged data
Actual Results: The Cost Plan does nto shwo any budget data
Cost plans do not inherit the pre-existing approved budget plan data.
The new cost plan has no reference to existing approved budget data.
The new cost plan must be submitted for approval to merge the current data with the previous budget data or to replace it completely.
Till the new submission and approval is made, the cost plan will not display any budget data.
Alternatively, instead of creating a new cost plan, you can copy the cost plan used to create the budget and then modify it. This will contain the data from the pre-approved budget plan.
