Issue/Introduction

Missing TCP/IP and TCP/IPv6 inventory on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP4

This inventory is present on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.x

Environment

Client Automation 14.5

Linux Agent on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15

Cause

The command ifconfig is not available on some SUSE linux version. This command is used by AM Agent to do the TCP/IP inventory

Resolution

Install net-tools-deprecated package to install tool ifconfig

At next execution of AM Agent inventory TPC/IP inventory should appear
