Issue/Introduction

The installer terminates with the following message: Error updating MySQL database

Environment

DX Virtual Network Assurance releases lower than 23.3.5

Cause

FIPS Mode may be enabled in the OS.  If so, it was not supported until 23.3.5:

Resolution

Either disable FIPS mode or install a version of VNA that has support for FIPS
