Workflow fails with error "Expected 1 but found multiple MORs of a type network and name VM Network and name VM Network"

Issue/Introduction

• Workflows in SDDC Manager fail with error:
  "Expected 1 but found multiple MORs of a type network and name VM Network and name VM Network"

• When looking at the /var/log/vmware/vcf/domainmanager/domainmanager.log we see the following error:
  
  [timestamp] ERROR [vcf_dm,6684e880a2912d2ac0167974684ec069,1145] [c.v.e.s.o.model.error.ErrorFactory,dm-exec-20]  [B7DN2R] NETWORK_NAME_INVALID Network VM Network not found com.vmware.evo.sddc.common.util.ValidationException: Network VM Network not found
Caused by: com.vmware.evo.sddc.common.client.vmware.vsphere.NoUniqueReferenceException: Expected 1 but found multiple MORs of a type Network and name VM Network

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.x

VMware Cloud Foundation 5.x

Cause

Under the vCenter Networking Tab > there are two instances of "VM Network"

Resolution

Rename the second "VM Network" instance on the host and re-try the operation.
