IMPS fail to start with error failed errno=98 (Address already in use)

Issue/Introduction

The provisioning server fails to start with the following error

daemon: listen(ldap://<hostname>:20389, 5) failed errno=98 (Address already in use)

Environment

Identity Manager 14.4 CP2 CHF1

RHEL 7.9

Cause

This is due to /etc/hosts contain duplicate entries

Resolution

Remove duplicated entries and restart IM_PS service
