"spectrum" database in influxdb is missing

Issue/Introduction

Fresh install of and we are missing the "spectrum" database in influxdb.
We tried to set up the performance view and we were not able to connect to the database as a datasource from grafana

Environment

DX Netops Spectrum all Supported Versions

Cause

SpectrumInsideView was not running when checking ps -ef | grep SpectrumInsideView on OneClick

Resolution

Per the Spectrum Performance View documentation Click "Start" on the InsideView Configuration section in the OneClick Administration page 
Once this is started it will create the spectrum database.
