Aria Operations for Logs Rest API not loading

Issue/Introduction

Aria Operations for Logs has no outbound access / internet access to load the rest-api page fully.
If the appliance is unable to connect to the internet, JavaScript and CSS packages are unable to be retrieved and loaded correctly as per screenshot.

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.x

Resolution

Internet access on the client machine is required in order the retrieve the JavaScript and CSS packages required to render the API documentation correctly.
