Unable to log into apm pplication after updating realms file. default admin account also fails to log in

Environment

APM 10.8

Resolution

We found that the Workstation thick client on your Windows server was at version 10.8.0.27 (10.8 GA) and your non-prod cluster is 10.8.0.39 (SP1).

Connecting to prod worked because that cluster is 10.8.0.27.

We require all modules (EM, WebView, Workstation thick client) to be of the same exact 4 digit version, otherwise unpredictable results can happen
