Issue/Introduction

The autoaggr numbers and WebUI reporting numbers for success and failure events during a month time period do not match.

Resolution

WCC collects the individual job runs and events periodically and stores them in its own tables and uses those for reporting.  It does not just the autoaggr data that AE already organized/summarized.

If there are differences in the totals between a WCC report and autoaggr it could be a situation where some data was processed by AE but then purged before WCC was able to collect it, or WCC had some issue collecting it initially, or WCC has since purged some of its collected AE data.

Both AE and WCC have different default archive settings.

Reporting purge data settings in configuration tab > reporting preferences
