Issue/Introduction

A Content Filtering Policy is created with a condition "If text in Envelope sender part of the message header contains Email address from dictionary "<name of dictionary>"" and the specified dictionary has a keyword "*@example.com". When an email is sent out from the domain "example.com", such as "[email protected]", it is not blocked.

Resolution

Dictionary matches are exact string matches and not substring matches like "contains x or more occurrences of". The email address in the dictionary must be "[email protected]".
