When customers enable the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature to log in to VCO, they may experience issues receiving the 2FA SMS, preventing users from logging into VCO/VECO.

A user is trying to login to VCO from Vietnam and Indonesia
This issue occurred due to regulatory constraints in Vietnam and Indonesia. Telecom operators in both countries do not authenticate SMS messages from VCO, which prevents SMS delivery for 2FA within these regions.
The Velocloud operations team has worked with the relevant authorities and obtained the necessary regulatory approvals. As a result, the 2FA functionality should now work in Vietnam and Indonesia.
