CA 2E Model displays Function is locked message

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to Editing a function, "Warning: Function is locked, changes made cannot be applied", message generated  and existing the edit mode does not resolve the issue

Cause

Function locked

Resolution

Enter L=Locks against the function. If it is an inactive lock it will be cleared. If it is a permanent lock by another session, the details will be visible on the subsequent screen. One can then access the function through the suspended session or exist out of the function to regain the access.

If one does not want any locking in their model, one can set YOPNACC model value to *NO.
