[VLCR] VLCR UI does not load and Cloud Filesystem status shows unavailable

Issue/Introduction

VMware Live Cyber Recovery UI does not load the details 

The Cloud Filesystem (CFS) status shows Unavailable and you may see an alert as below 

Cloud file system 'xxxxxxxx' status transitioned from GOOD to CRITICAL: Cloud File System 'xxxxxxxx' is in critical state. This might result in downtime. Contact support.

Environment

VMware Live Cyber recovery v7.27.x

Cause

This is a known issue caused by a deadlock, which results in the cloud filesystem deamon crashing repeatedly. 

Resolution

This issue is fixed in VMware Live Cyber Recovery version v7.27.3.0 

To workaround this issue till the upgrade is scheduled, Please open a Support request with VMware by Broadcom to have the 'Sysmgmt' service restarted in the backend.
