Issue/Introduction
Existing license expired. New license is not valid.
Existing Aria Operations for Logs environment is not on 8.16 and above.
On a multi-node cluster, UI is only showing a Primary node.
Cannot perform upgrade via UI.
VMware Aria Suite Standard for vSphere Foundation License not working on 8.14.x

When an existing license expired, the UI will only show a Primary node. This is an expected behavior.
Resolution
Perform manual upgrade of Aria Operations for Logs to 8.16 and above via KB
How to Manually Complete a VMware Aria Operations for Logs Upgrade
Once upgrade has been completed, log into UI and apply new VCF/VVF license.
