Aria Lifecycle Manager is shown as deployed in Workload Domain UI even in cases where it failed

Issue/Introduction

Aria Lifecycle Manager information in Workload Domain UI doesn't hint the consumer if there are any failures during deployment. To check the state of the Aria products the user is advised to go to the dedicated Aria section in the SDDC Manager UI.

Failure in Aria Lifecycle Manager deployment

Resolution

This is a UI discrepancy and can be ignored.

The deployment workflow failure should be fixed and retried.
