Unable to configure table widget on Status Report when View is Shared.

Issue/Introduction

When using a Shared View for a Status Report and clicking on the configure icon of a Table widget, nothing happens and the following error is written to the app-ca.log:

com.ca.ppm.rest.exception.APIAppException: com.niku.union.odf.exception.ODFValidationException: Cannot share view to specific groups when it is private or shared with everyone.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into MUX as admin and go to the Status tab of a Project
2. Go to a Status Report and click on Configure
3. Add a Table widget to the canvas and configure the Target Object as Risks and give it the name Risks and click Done.
4. On the View, click Save As and give the View a name, View1.
5. Click Manage and Share view View1 with a Specific Group and click Done.
6. Now click Configure on the Status Report canvas and then click the Configure (cog) icon on the Risks table widget.

Expected Results:
The table widget configuration dialog will be opened.

Actual Results:
The table widget configuration dialog is not opened and the above error is written to the app-ca.log.
