Size limit of UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS.JCP_ENDPOINT error Max. text length exceeded

Issue/Introduction

When adding URLs to UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS key JCP_ENDPOINT, if the value is greater than 255 characters, there is an error warning icon displayed 

If you hover over the error icon, it shows Max. test length exceeded

Environment

Automic Automation 21.0.10 and earlier
Automic Automation 24.1 and earlier

Cause

This is due to a defect limiting the field to 255 characters.

Resolution

This is being resolved in an upcoming release, increasing the field length to 1024.
