Models with no IP address or name but with Critical alarms raised

Issue/Introduction

Some device models show no Model names or IP address with the models simply appearing as "Unnamed of type <MODEL_TYPE>":

Restarting the SpectroSERVER and OneClick servers makes no difference. There is a CAPC_Item_Id value which means these device models were at one stage integrated with the associated Items in DX NetOps CA Performance Management:

However, a search in the Netqosportal DB on the CAPM Portal server shows these no longer exist:

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum 23.3.x or later

Resolution

The models cannot be repaired as there is no IP address for reconfiguration to work, so destroy the models in Spectrum as they're no longer valid.
