Restarting the SpectroSERVER and OneClick servers makes no difference. There is a CAPC_Item_Id
value which means these device models were at one stage integrated with the associated Items in DX NetOps CA Performance Management:
However, a search in the Netqosportal DB on the CAPM Portal server shows these no longer exist:
DX NetOps Spectrum 23.3.x or later
The models cannot be repaired as there is no IP address for reconfiguration to work, so destroy the models in Spectrum as they're no longer valid.
