Issue/Introduction

Cloud Template Parameters from "Assembler" are not populated in "Service Broker", even when Cloud Template is Published

Environment

Aria Automation 8.X

Cause

  • Right Version of the Cloud Template is not "Published" from Assembler to Catalog
  • If the right version is published to Service Broker, "Validate and Import" is not performed from Service Broker
  • Custom Form is Enabled for the same Cloud Template in Service Broker

Resolution

Below are sequence of executions:

1. Check if Custom Form is enabled, if yes, disable it from the Template in Service Broker.

Note: Custom Form, when enabled, supersedes the Cloud Template parameters set in "Assembler" and shows only the ones which are set in Custom Forms.

2. Right version of the Template is not Published from Assembler. Hence, publish it and do "Validate and Import for the Template in "Service Broker" (Content and Sharing>>Click the required Cloud Template>>Validate and Import>Save)

Note: Custom Form is visible only in Service Broker and not in "Assembler" and hence can be Enabled only from Service Broker
