$AW_HOME/jre directory contents are deleted during installation/upgrade

Issue/Introduction

When running cdinst.sh to do an installation or upgrade, the $AW_HOME/jre directory and contents is removed

Environment

Applications Manager version 9.3+

Cause

The $AW_HOME/jre directory is a legacy directory used by Applications Manager in version 9.2.2 HF1 and below. 

Beginning in Applications Manager version 9.3 and above, $AW_HOME/jre is deleted as part of the installation.

Resolution

When installing Java on the Applications Manager machine, do not use the $AW_HOME/jre directory as this directory will be deleted during the installation.
