Issue/Introduction

When I am trying to create a connection in ConnectALL I receive "Credentials are valid but the user is not allowed to login"

Resolution

Things to check:

• The URL for the connection must begin with HTTP:// or HTTPS://
• SSL certificate
  • Upload the SSL certificate to the ConnectAllStore keystore, followed by restarting the Core and UI service. Then try to create a connection again.
