Issue/Introduction

Access Management window in Chargeback is empty as per the following image:

vCloud Director adapter shows a healthy green status for Collection State / Status and adapter test connection is successful.
However, there are no metrics being collected from the vCloud Director.

As an example, see the screenshot below, the metrics "General | Number of Organization vDCs" and "General | Number of Organization" under the vCloud Director adapter object shows zero metrics collected.

The adapter log file located at /logs/adapter/VCloudAdapter/VCloudAdapter_<adapter_id>.log contains entries similar to the following

Resolution

The issue can be resolved by uninstalling the vCloud Director MP and the reinstalling.
