What is the upper limit of bad sender list entries and what number will cause performance issue ?

Resolution

There is no hard upper limit on the number of domains that can be added to the local bad domain list.  
However, the performance impact of such an operation is uncertain as we have not conducted rigorous performance testing in that area.
In other words, we do NOT have a hard and fast rule regarding "how many of X can I add to SMG before I start seeing negative effects" and if the customer has a business need to add that many, you are free to do so.

It is also related to the hardware resources assigned for the SMG machine if it on the virtual machine.
