EEP and Supervisor stop checking Resources at startup with error o_eep_auth_client returns -1

Issue/Introduction

After a restart of a Node, the Supervisor stops validating File / Script / System Resources checked by EEP with the below errors displayed in the universe.log:

 |ERROR|X|EEP|pid=p.t| kTrtAuthRequest           | Authentication failed: invalid local key (error -1)

A simple restart of the node restablish the situation.
