Login button is greyed out in vSphere Client or VAMI after patching/upgrading vCenter Server to 8.0 U3

Issue/Introduction

•  vSphere UI login button/VAMI button is greyed out after patching/upgrading vCenter Server to 8.0 U3.
  
  
• 
• In some cases, at the same "Use RSA SecureID" option is getting enabled automatically even though RSA SecureID is not configured in the environment.
  
   
  
  
• Login works fine on some browsers, for eg, Chrome doesn't work and on Edge browser issue is not observed or vice versa.
  
  
• This issue is not observed in Chrome Incognito mode.

Environment

vCenter Server 8.0 U3

Resolution

This is a known issue impacting vCenter Server 8.0 U3 and it is fixed in vCenter version 8.0U3e

Workaround:

To workaround the issue, clear the Browser cache & cookies and attempt the login again
