Unable to delete a VM advance parameter from the vCenter UI if a filter is selected

Issue/Introduction

• When attempting to remove an attribute in a VM's Advanced Parameters section, by first searching/filtering for it, and then clicking on the 3 dots on the left to "Remove," the attribute will stay.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• However, if a filter is not applied, and an attempt to remove the same attribute is performed, the attribute will be removed.

Environment

vCenter 8.0

Resolution

This fix will be included in next major release vCenter 9.0.

Workaround Options

1. Do not apply a filter and remove the attribute as normal.
2. If the filter is applied, instead of clicking on the 3 dots to remove, delete the entry under the Value column and then click OK.
