How to reset/remove the Cloud SWG integration from ZTNA

Symantec ZTNA Cloud Secure Web Gateway - Cloud SWG

Issue/Introduction

ZTNA admin enabled integration with their dev Cloud SWG/WSS tenant via ZTNA Portal.

Segment applications tested and working well.

ZTNA admin wants to change the Cloud SWG integration to link to their PROD tenant.

How does one reset the Cloud SWG integration, or change the existing integration to a new one?

Environment

Cloud SWG.

ZTNA.

SAML Authentication.

Segment based applications.

Resolution

The ZTNA admin can reset the Cloud SWG integration within the ZTNA Portal.

Go to the Symantec WSS integrations field, and select the 3 dots (highlighted in yellow below) to enable the option to RESET tenant.


Once done, ZTNA admin must go back into the Symantec WSS integrations and add the new Cloud SWG PROD tenant ID.
