Unable to login to OPen API OData query page

Issue/Introduction

We are using the following URL to access Odata Query Page , we are promoted with the login box and when we enter the credentials we see the following message

http://<DA-FQDN>:8581/odataquery

Hmmm… can't reach this page

<DAServer ShortName>server IP address could not be found.

DX NetOps Performance Management All releases 

Cause

We use the Data Aggregator data source name for the hostname when building the SsoRedirectURL for Odataquery. If the data source name has a short name, the URL will be built with the short name.

Resolution

When constructing the SsoRedirectURL for Odataquery, the Data Aggregator data source name is used as the hostname. If the data source name includes a short name, the URL will be built using this short name.

Key Points:

• The Data Aggregator data source name serves as the hostname.
• If the data source name contains a short name, the URL will utilize this short name.
• Please Update the Data source name for Data aggregator to FQDN.

This ensures that the URL is correctly formatted and consistent with the data source naming conventions.
