ODBC Errors When Upgrading Harvest to v14.5 on Linux

Issue/Introduction
When running hdbsetup it complained about not finding libodbcinst.so.2 and libodbc.so.2.
When Upgrading the SCM repository, this appeared:
State: HY000 Native Error Code: 6091
[CA Harvest SCM][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver]The DataDirect product you are attempting to access has been provided to you by CA Inc for exclusive use with CA Harvest SCM. You are not licensed to use this product with any application other than CA Harvest SCM. If you would like to purchase this product for some other use, please call 800-876-3101 or visit DataDirect at www.datadirect.com
When querying for the SCM version from database, this appeared:

Cause
The problem is happening because the ODBC module did not get installed correctly, so it is still working with the 14.0.2 versions.
Resolution
The procedure for installing the ODBC module has changed from previous versions. See the following KB file for information on the new process for installing ODBC: SCM 14.5 ODBC module did not install on Linux
