dr_validate.sh fails mentioning Transparent hugepages is set to 'always'. Must be 'never' or 'madvise'

Issue/Introduction

The full error seen in the screen output and log is

Prerequisites not fully met during local (OS) configuration for
verify-<IP_Address>.xml:
FAIL (S0310): https://www.vertica.com/docs/10.1.x/HTML/index.htm#cshid=S0310
FAIL(eS0310): Transparent hugepages is set to 'always'. Must be 'never'
or 'madvise'.

Environment

All supported releases of DX NetOps Performance Management

Cause

dr_validate.sh sets up the setting correctly when it runs for RHEL/CentOS 7 & 8

Resolution

Rerun dr_validate.sh then reattempt the installation using dr_install.sh
