Copied View link takes you to the last View displayed rather than the copied View, in MUX Financials.

Issue/Introduction

When you copy a View link from the MUX Financials page and paste into a new browser window, the link takes you to the last view selected rather than to the view that you copied the link for.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Log into MUX as admin and go to Project grid and open a project that has financials.
2. Go to the Financials tab and Select Cost Plans.
3. Open one of the Cost Plans.
4. Create 2 Views on the Cost Plans named View1 and View2, selecting different columns for each and Save these views.
5. In the View dropdown select View1 so it is displayed and then click Manage.
6. Click on the Copy Link action for View1 - (A message 'Link Copied to Clipboard' is displayed). 
7. Close the Manage View dialog and select to display View2.
8. Close the browse tab and open a new one and paste in the link from step 6.

Expected Results:
The View that you copied the link for will be opened (View1 in this case).

Actual Results:
The Last View that was opened is displayed (View 2 in this case)

Note that this is the same for Budgets, Benefit Plan and Actual Transactions in the Financial tab.
