HTML tags are not working after 16.2.2 upgrade. HTML tags that were previously used to bold text, add line breaks, etc., in Clarity "Staffing" tab fields are no longer valid. The tags are now displayed along with the text they were applied to. However, we are now able to add line breaks by pressing the 'Shift' and 'Enter' keys, which did not work before, without needing HTML. Despite this, we can no longer use HTML to bold text, add color, etc.
Tested the same behavior in Clarity 16.2.1 and HTML tags to bold text and add line breaks will work.
STR:
1. In Classic, go to Studio > Team Object
2. Create new Attribute with data type Large String - Plain Text and make attribute REST API enabled
3. Log into MUX, go to Staffing > Staff tab (/pm/#/staffing/staffing)
2. Access the new Attribute in the Grid
3. In the text field use demo text "<strong>1. </strong>CCPA Track 1<br><strong><span style="color:#5f5ea0;">Status = Completed</span></strong><br> <br><br><strong>2. </strong>ODP CCPA Phase 1<br><strong><span style="color:#5f5ea0;">Status = Completed</span></strong><br>" and press enter to save the text
Expected Results:

Workaround:

DE116034 - HTML tags are not working after 16.2.2 upgrade, Working as designed.
There is an initiative to enhance this in the future. Essentially, the Large String Rich Text attribute will be updated to display formatted content, in the grid, while in View mode. In other words, the user is not required to interact with a grid cell to view the formatted content. The formatted content will be visible w/o opening the Rich Text editor.
