When adding a new CSPM project to CASB replaces the existing project

Issue/Introduction

When using the same script to add a second CSPM project to CASB the original project is replaced instead of adding the new one.

Resolution

Multiple CSPM projects are allowed.  Use the same script as before it is only required that you pass new project ids in the projectIds parameter
