Incorrect database version. Upgrade from version '[ "2.1.9", "6.0.116", "7.0.0", [ "1.0.44", "45.2.0", [ "19.9.0", "11.0.0", "8.0.0" ], [ "6.0.0", "6.0.0" ], [ "14.0.0", "4.0.0", "6.0.0", "9.0.0", "5.0.0" ], [ "7.0.0", "3.0.0", "4.0.0", "12.0.0", "2.0.0", "2.0.0", "7.0.0", "3.0.0", "6.0.0", "5.0.0", "15.0.0", "5.0.0", "21.0.0", "84.0.0" ], [ "46.0.0", "100.0.0", "88.0.0" ], [ "64.0.0", "66.0.0", "149.0.0", "69.0.0", "24.0.0", [ "36.0.0", "4.0.0" ] ] ], "365.0.0" ]' is not supported.

Cause

10.4 was released before 10.3.3.4

Resolution

Upgrade to a version released later than the existing version. 

10.3.3.4 to 10.4.3 would be ideal
10.4 to 10.4.2 are older than the 10.3.3.4
