Time period Carousel unusable after closing other user's timesheet

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login to MUX timesheets with the below feature enabled:
   Timesheet Improvements to the period Carousel, Hyperlinking, Search and Notes & Timesheet Accessibility Improvements
2. Notice the Time Period Carousel allows you to navigate to prior and future periods
3. Go to Select Resource and select any resource
4. Open any timesheet for that resource
5. Click on Close 
6. You get back to My Timesheet page where the Time Period Carousel is present
7. Try to navigate across periods using the right-left arrows

Expected Results: You can navigate across different periods
Actual Results: The back-forward arrows are not responsive

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.2.3

Workaround: Refresh the page
