Post VC upgrade, Nimble PlugIn deployment is failing.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading vCenter to 7.0 U3p or higher, or 8.0 U2c or higher, the Nimble plugin fails to install.

Error sample deploying plug-in:

Architectural changes.
