sql_response probe not clearing alerts when threshold return to normal

Issue/Introduction

I have set up a sql_response probe that generates alerts when a threshold is breached. However, when the values return to normal, the alarm is not cleared.

Upon further investigation, I found that this is linked to having a customized alarm source set up on these profiles.

When I clear the Alarm Source box, the alarms clear as expected. This issue occurs on all recent probe versions from 1.61 to 1.81.

Environment

DX UIM 20.4 CU5

SQL server probe: 1.61. - 1.81.

Resolution

Apply the attached fix to resolve this issue.
