How is End of Support Determined When No New Version Is Available for Carbon Black EDR?

Issue/Introduction

The version of EDR I have shows an end of support (EOS) date but there is no newer version available. Will this version still be supported? 

Environment

• Carbon Black EDR Server: All Versions
• Carbon Black EDR Windows Sensors: All Versions
• Carbon Black EDR Linux Sensors: All Versions
• Carbon Black EDR MacOS Sensors: All Versions

Resolution

End of Support is determined by whichever is last

• Support is for current and last version released
• Support is until the date listed

Supported: 

• The version installed is on the latest or one version back, the version is supported regardless of EOS date 
• The version installed is three versions back but has not hit the EOS date, it's still supported

Not Supported:

• The version is not the latest or one version back and is past the EOS date listed
