Issue/Introduction

If an external Dependency within a workflow has the option "if the external task was activated with the same logical date as the workflow" selected the else / condition missmatch path is not processed correctly for the option "Wait".
Instead of waiting, the external dependency ends with the state "ENDED_INACTIVE - inactive due to logical date condition of external dependency." leading to the dependent Job running too early.

This was working fine on version 21.0.4 and all prior versions.
