Added in release: 9.0.0
Alarm Description

• Purpose: Failure to download the IDPS signature bundle on the Global Manager
• Impact: Auto-Update and On-Demand download functionality of IDPS signature bundle will not work.

Environment

VMware NSX 9.0.0

Cause

• Internet connectivity issue between NSX manager and NTICS.
• Invalid license to download GeoIP bundle.
• Invalid signature bundle upload.

Resolution

Verify onboarded LM has valid IDPS License. If you have a valid IDPS license on the onboarded LM and are still getting this error, please ensure that you have internet connectivity from NSX Global Manager to NTICS.
