Issues With Metric Views in 23.4

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the operator console to 23.4 (and CU1) the following issues might be encountered: 

- when the metrics view is opened, and some metrics are selected for some particular robot, the view will not change if another robot is selected from the inventory list (despite changing to other robots, the metrics for the previous robot will be still shown) 

- copying the metrics views from one robot to another also does not work as expected - after copying the metrics view, some graphs or metrics view might be missing in a new robot, or manual re-selection will be needed.
