Load DWH fails after refresh on DWH_STRING_AGG_FCT

Issue/Introduction

DWH fails with error:

ORA-20100: ENCOUNTERED EXCEPTION WHILE INSERTING INTO THE DWH_CMN_MV_LOOKUP table. SQLERRM : ORA-06575: Package or function DWH_STRING_AGG_FCT is in an invalid state

Cause

The database dump for DWH is not properly restored and is missing user types

Resolution

1. Ask the DBA to restore the DWH database again and make sure they include all user types
2. Recreate the DB LINK
