Following the upgrade to edge software versions 5.2.3.0 or 5.2.3.2 or 6.0.0.0, the NTP service on the edge device fails to function correctly, resulting in the edge's date and time becoming unsynchronized with the NTP server.
Edge software version 5.2.3.0 / 5.2.3.2 / 6.0.0.0
After upgrading the edge to version 5.2.3.0 or 5.2.3.2 or 6.0.0.0, there is a known issue (tracked via software issue #143666) where Edge devices with default NTP configuration may fail to parse the default NTP settings and consequently not synchronize with the NTP server.
Issue will be fixed in the upcoming versions.

As a workaround, you can override the default NTP settings and manually configure an NTP server at the impacted edge level.
Please manually add the following NTP servers. Adding one NTP server should be sufficient, but for redundancy, you can add more as needed.
0.pool.ntp.org
1.pool.ntp.org
2.pool.ntp.org
3.pool.ntp.org
