Specific Groups are removed from shared views when the view is updated

Issue/Introduction

When you assign a shared view to specific groups and then update and save that shared view, the shared groups are removed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In MUX go to Project List View and select a View.
2. On the View dropdown, select Manage.
3. For the View, under Actions and click Share.
4. Select Specific Groups and click Add Group.
5. Select 2 Groups to share the View with and click Done. Note on the Manage Views dialog, the number of Groups selected to share is shown under Shared.
6. Close the Manage Views dialog and update the View (add a column, delete a column) and click the Save button for the View
7. Now go back to Manage Views

Expected Results:
The View is displayed with the number of groups shared in step 5. If you select Action-> Share, Specific Groups is selected and the groups previously selected are listed.

Actual Results:
The View is displayed with 0 groups shared. If you select Action-> Share, Specific Groups is selected but there are no Groups in the list.
