Issue/Introduction

The device interface is not showing up in the NetOps Portal's inventory

We see it under 'Monitored Devices', but the status is listed as "false-null-false-false"

 

 

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management any version

Resolution

Delete the device from 'Monitored Devices'

Kick off a CAMM inventory poll from within the CAMM UI and it should bring in the device interface
