Removing "Delete - Approval Rejected" Message After Selecting Wrong Server in Deployment Deletion in Aria Automation 8.x

Issue/Introduction

After selecting the wrong server for deletion in deployments and rejecting the request, the message "Delete - Approval Rejected" appears in the deployment list in Aria Automation 8.x

 

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x

Resolution

To remove the "Delete - Approval Rejected" message from the deployment list, follow these steps:

1. Locate the deployment with the "Delete - Approval Rejected" status.

2. Select the "Edit deployment" Day-2 action for this deployment.

3. Update the "Description" or change the "Name" of the deployment and click "Submit."

4. Once the "Edit deployment" request is processed, the "Delete - Approval Rejected" status will be removed.
