Service Catalog's table navigation changed after upgrading to r17.4.+

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Service Catalog to 17.4.+. the tables are showing different behavior. You cannot scroll to the left anymore until you scroll down to the bottom of the table. 
The size of the fields are no longer dynamically adjusted to the field content. If there is no possibility for a line break (for example a long word with no space character) the field content laps over into the next field.

Resolution

TFix developed and released to be applied on top of 17.4 + patch level.  The Support team can make the TFix available upon request and also, it will be included in the next rollup(17.4.0.3)
