ShareFile Gatelet does not show file names in logged activities

Issue/Introduction

When uploads and downloads are logged in investigate the details show "User uploaded a file "."

Environment

CASB integrated with WSS and WSS agent

Cause

For ShareFile upload and download to work the following URL needs to be in WSS SSL inspection bypass list sf-api.com  However, this url is the url that CASB uses to extract file information.  This is why the filename is not appearing in the logs.

Resolution

There is currently no resolution for this.
