Issue/Introduction

We are using CAPA - Learning link in Clarity UI. With it being deprecated and EOL, will the link also be removed during Clarity Upgrades? 

Resolution

The CAPA "Learn" link in Clarity UI will not be removed during Clarity upgrade

If you wish to remove the link, you can do this in CSA : 

  1. Go to Server - Application
  2. Edit the field Clarity PPM Productivity Accelerator URL - remove the URL from there
  3. Restart the services
  4. Repeat on any other servers in the cluster
